After-sales commitment:
1. All machines sold by yishang are provided with a warranty of 36 months (except accessories), which shall be returned to the factory for repair or replacement. New machines shall be replaced free of charge within 3 months due to product quality problems except human factors.
2. Yishang provides 7*12 hours of telephone or online technical support, and provides corresponding remote technical support according to the situation.
3. This product is an electronic product. Without the authorization of professional maintenance personnel, it is not allowed to open the product shell without permission.
4. The factory may charge additional fees for damages caused by lightning, dampness and man-made problems which are not caused by the quality of the products.
5. The factory relies on the product warranty card. In case of quality problems, customer information and product failure description should be filled in carefully, otherwise, proper after-sales service may not be provided.
6. Accessories other than the machine (power adapter, bracket, housing, packaging, etc.) shall not be subject to the regulations.
7. After the warranty, if the machine breaks down and needs to be repaired, it shall be returned to the factory for inspection and maintenance, and a certain maintenance fee shall be charged. If the parts need to be replaced, the customer shall purchase the corresponding parts by himself.
