Bookwork LLC was organized by Lawrence C. Becker in September, 2000.
The company's operations were mostly limited to preparatory projects and work on behalf of a few authors until July, 2001, when it opened its offices in Roanoke, Virginia and began offering a range of project development and project management services to book publishers. Since July, 2005, its
operations have been focused primarily on consultant services to academic institutions.
